Lise Sarazin
Director of Sales & Marketing, Casino du Lac-Leamy
Lise Sarazin is a sales and marketing strategist that optimizes revenue generation with a superior customer experience. She is adept at building consensus and alliances with diverse stakeholder groups, including corporate, government, association and community interests.
As a member of the Hilton Lac-Leamy and Casino Executive Leadership Team, Lise is responsible for the organization’s dedicated and passionate sales and banquet team – that puts client needs first, when delivering an outstanding customer experience, at one of Canada’s leading casino hotel resorts.
Prior to joining the Hilton Lac-Leamy team, Lise was Director-General of RGA, the francophone voice of the business community in the National Capital Region. Her focus was in delivering on economic development initiatives, including her work as a member of the Ottawa Mayor’s Economic Development Task Force. Together with business interests outside Ottawa, Lise co-founded Ontario’s francophone business association, FGA.
In terms of industry activities, Lise is a Board Director of the Ottawa Film Office, which is responsible for attracting film productions to the National Capital Region; she sits on the marketing committee of Ottawa Tourism; and is a founding member of the Friends of the Loop organization which seeks enhanced transportation links between Gatineau and Ottawa.
At one time, Lise competed in ballroom dancing, winning a gold medal at the Canadian Ballroom Dancing Championships. Since hanging up her dancing shoes, Lise spends her leisure time travelling and working on her golf game.
Born and raised in Gatineau, Lise lives with her family in Ottawa with their cute puppy, Mowgli.
